Thomas (Tom) Hayostek
Post Bar Clerk
Thomas Hayostek is a JD/Bar Candidate awaiting bar results in November. He joins Kendall Law as a post bar law clerk and once licensed will join the eviction department assisting landlords and property management companies in the eviction process from inception to trial. Tom has a lifelong passion for the law, receiving a full merit scholarship at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law ahead of the Fall 2021 Semester. During his tenure at Chapman, Tom was an active member of the Corporate Law Society. He was one of Chapman’s team leaders during the 2024 Tulane Professional Basketball Negotiation Competition, with his team earning a top 10 finish. Tom also earned the Negotiation and Business Law Emphasis Certificates at Chapman, based on his academic and competition success.
Tom completed his undergraduate degree at California State University- Fullerton in 2016 with a BA in Political Science. His academic achievements earned him a spot on the Dean’s Honor List in five semesters.
Born in New York to a large Italian family, Tom’s free time is often devoted to his niece and nephews. Tom enjoys cooking, attending sporting events and concerts, and the occasional day trip to Yosemite.
