Eileen M. Kendall, Our Founder

Eileen M. Kendall is a highly experienced California real estate attorney with a proven track record of success. She is the proud owner of a thriving law firm that started from just a single employee. Eileen’s dedication and commitment to her clients are evident in the time and effort she puts into every aspect of their legal needs.

Eileen’s impressive legal journey began with a degree from Washington State University in 1997, followed by her law degree from Gonzaga in 2002. She gained valuable experience early in her career, working for a product liability firm during high school and a general law practice in Dalton, Georgia, between undergrad and law school. During law school, she worked for a real estate civil litigation firm, honing her skills in this area of law.

Since being admitted to practice law in California, Eileen has focused her practice on litigation, with an emphasis on real property and business matters. She has successfully handled appeals and trials, and she has a proven track record of winning cases for her clients. Eileen is also admitted to appear before all California Federal District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

One of Eileen’s successes was handling adverse possession case where she demonstrated her exceptional legal acumen and ability and obtained judgment granting title of the property to her client. Her clients appreciate her in-depth knowledge, strategic approach, and unwavering dedication to protecting their best interests… and their assets.

With Eileen’s credentials, extensive experience, and proven success, property owners, property management companies, and individuals can trust that she is the go-to advocate for California real estate law matters, including landlord/tenant matters.
